Commissioning & Start-up

  P lant C ommissioning and S tartup PCC will supply personnel to advise with respect to equipment installation, commissioning and initial startup.   Commissioning includes inspecting all process, mechanical, instrumentation and electrical components to confirm readiness for startup. Startup includes slowly feeding crude oil into the process equipment and heating/ramping up flow until maximum capacity is reached and all adjustments for correct operation are finished. A test run of the refinery unit is then performed to confirm achievement of the equipment requirements.
