Heli-Pak, Distillation Column Experimental Packing

  Heli   Pak  is a particle type packing and can be "poured" into any laboratory or pilot scale column. Easily removed for replacement or cleaning.   Special Features of DISTILLATION COLUMN EXPERIMENTAL PACKING: LOW H.E.T.P. - Lowest reported for random packings. HIGH EFFICIENCY - Holdup per plate for a given distilling rate gives high efficiency and optimum all around performance. NON-CHANNELING - Furnished in larger column diameter because of its capillary liquid redistributing action. POURS EASILY - Maximum effectiveness requires no laborious or critical filling techniques. The discharge tail gas content is much lower than local emission standard This project was delivered within 45 days, finished installation and commissioning in 5 days. Evaluation The plant is running stably since started in November, 2014. Training

  PCC's advisory personnel will advise client's local technicians and operators with respect to, and will demonstrate basic fundamentals of, successful plant operations during the commissioning process. Such training will include the following:   Control Software Training This training will take place in the China at a time and place to be determined jointly by the Parties.   On-the-Job Controls Training PCC will provide on-the-job service (“OTS”) training advice at the refinery site for client's personnel regarding the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of local instrumentation (temperature, level, pressure, and flow) and remote control instrumentation.   On-the-Job Rotating Equipment Training PCC will provide OTS oil refinery training  at the refinery site for client's personnel regarding the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment (mechanically-sealed centrifugal pumps, seal-less centrifugal pumps, positive-displacement pumps,...

Commissioning & Start-up

  P lant C ommissioning and S tartup PCC will supply personnel to advise with respect to equipment installation, commissioning and initial startup.   Commissioning includes inspecting all process, mechanical, instrumentation and electrical components to confirm readiness for startup. Startup includes slowly feeding crude oil into the process equipment and heating/ramping up flow until maximum capacity is reached and all adjustments for correct operation are finished. A test run of the refinery unit is then performed to confirm achievement of the equipment requirements. Client will be responsible for all labor, consumables and operations/maintenance costs during startup and during regular operation.   Modular Refineries and gas processing units require a minimum amount of operating personnel since their automatic operation can be monitored and controlled remotely through a SCADA system and the operators digitally alerted of any alarms.   The unit allows a single opera...
