MODULAR REFINERY

PCC's modular mini refinery  are designed and fabricated in our manufacturing base located in Tianjin, China. As the name implies, all equipment is constructed in modules that are designed to be transported quickly and easily anywhere in the world. Depending on the refining capacity, modular refinery construction  with the major part of the work accomplished in our factory in a controlled atmosphere. This greatly improves efficiency and keeps mini refinery cost  low. We do as much of the work in our factory as possible, controlling man hours and material costs through the immediate access afforded by our on-site engineering and design facilities. For the largest Modular Refineries some components (such as crude distillation columns) are too large to mount on skids and must be shipped separately. Before shipping and while still in our factory, we preassemble all of these components directly to the modularized process systems so field assembly is short and efficient.

LNG Plant

Process of   M odular LNG   After compression, the feed gas is processed by dehydration and heavy hydrocarbon separation units. Please see the attached PFD. Process description is detailed as follows: Feed gas compress unit After measuring, the feed gas flows into the compress unit, and boosts the pressure to 2.4Mpag, pressurized gas flows into the dehydration unit. HDU: Dehydration Unit Remove H2O in the feed gas, output dry gas and control dew point lower than -80℃. Dehydration Unit After gas sweetening unit (GSU), next process is dehydration unit (DHU). DHU is used to meet water content in the specification, and it can reduce water to 1ppm. The technology adopted is temperature swing adsorption (TSA). CNG  plant  Compress Unit Rich methane gas meets with rich gas ethane reheated by cooling heat exchanger, this steam of gas flows through the CNG compressor to increase pressure to 25Mpag, CNG product can be obtained. The compressor skid adopts motor drive, and an ASPRO piston dynamic balance less oil lubrication type compressor. The drive is completely explosion-proof motor, its security level is class 1. Motor is connected to the compressor by belt wheel, and by aligns laser alignment instrument. Natural gas is cooled by the interstage air coolers.
